Our CEO, David Myers, has recently taken some time out of the business to recover from surgery. This has given David the opportunity to take stock and he has now taken the decision to step down as CEO to focus on his health, rest, and recovery.
Whilst David has been out of the business, our Executive Team have been holding the fort to continue driving Rivus forwards. We are pleased to announce that Victoria Knight is taking the role of Chief Executive Officer (Interim), with immediate effect.
Since joining Rivus in September 2020, Victoria has been a key member of our Executive Team, leading our People, Learning & Development, and Marketing & Communications functions. In that time, she has championed People First, worked closely with all business areas, and developed a deep understanding of all our operations, putting her in a strong position to lead Rivus forwards.
Victoria has operated at Director-level across multiple sectors including financial services, automotive, retail and technology, and has a proven track record of delivering cultural and business transformation, with a wealth of commercial experience. In her role as Group HR Director with Rivus, Victoria has led the development of high performing teams, investing in our people, and the integration of our colleagues across our LCV and HGV operations. Victoria will now continue the growth of our LCV and HGV operations, supported by our experienced Executive Leadership team, and will ensure we continue to deliver for our customers as an award-winning fleet supplier following David’s departure.
